I had a run of writing quite a lot then I noriced I’d completely dropped off and not posted for a while? Sadly life consumes you and pulls you from those moments we need to have that enviable “me time” those moments to drift into your own subconscious and be who we want, where we want and how we want to be. I’ve not allowed myself that time and I’m disappointed that I’ve allowed that to happen, only now whilst I’m sat at 39,000 feet am I realising that “me time” is so important to my very existance.
I make excuses like everybody does work, life, reality all these factors stop us from having that level of self worth, and doing something that matters to me directly, so I’m really going to try and slow down stop the bullshit stressing about things that quite frankly don’t matter in the slightest, life is just to f*****g short for bullshit to be honest!!
So why have I not posted for a while? Why so quiet? A mixture really I’ve been caught between two causes raising money, one is the Leigh Leopards Academy raising money for our local rugby teams academy bringing youth through to professional rugby players, I’m also raising £10,000 for Wigan & Leigh Hospice by doing a walk in the Sahara Desert in November all very hard work but an incredible cause doing amazing work.
The world consumes you with what’s going on globally, war with USA and Iran, cost of living crisis, UK political concens, the migrant crisis, local elections, local concerns. As well as work as a funeral director, we have our AirBnBs, rental properties, our cottage grounds, life in general consumes you!
In short I’m determined to make time to write my thoughts my movements here it’s a great way for me to lose the stresses of daily life and open up and share my movements and what i’m doing, it doesn’t matter whether your interested it’s good for my mental health to release and share.
Thank you all remember each day is a rebirth during the night we morph into a chrysalis then in the morning we are reborn to a new day, a new vision, a new set of perspectives!
